Jason Jones

Following in his grandfather’s footsteps Jason started his career in cooking at their family’s restaurant that was bought in 1973. Working in the restaurant through high school, studying at Central Michigan University for Hospitality Management, then the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he has an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. After working in southern Michigan for a few years, he moved back to Cadillac three years ago to continue his career at the family business. Jason is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, the National Restaurant Association, Life Member of the National American Hunting Club and the National Rifle Association. When he is not cooking, Jason can be found in the woods or at the lake, as hunting wild game and fishing year round is his second passion in life. Preservation of our great outdoors and family are very important to Jason and he stays very active with both.
